why feeling bored to talk

Is talking interesting every time?
What are the affecting aspects of a talk?
I think talking is boring when we don't know the other person well. We don't know much about his/her opinions or interests. But sometimes the problem is the disagreement between the interests of talkers.
This idea has occurred to me because I found myself unable to open doors to talk to the others. Limits of my talk often end at getting some information from whom I talk to, while I can discuss and talk a lot of subjects, but I find a few people complete the way. Maybe the reason is that I am serious when a lot of people are tired of arguments and discussion.
Help me find a solution. What do you think of such a statement ????????????
