My name is Peter. I work as a receptionist at a hotel. Every day, I stay at the reception desk in the hotel lobby to welcome new guest. Customers usually telephone the reservation office, to reserve rooms. It's a part of my job to answer the telephone and book rooms for them. When a guest is ready to leave the hotel, I prepare his bill and give it to him. Then, the guest pays the bill and leaves.
